Resolution 106/74
MOVED by Councillor Kitchen, seconded by Councillor
Searle that the tender of Thos. Stevens Construction
for Catch Basin Repairs in the amount of $66.60 he
accepted, subject to the approval of the Ministry of
Transportation and Communications.

MOVED by Councillor Robertson, seconded by Councillor
Matheson that the tender of Miller pavinq Limited be
accepted in the amount of A (At Curb) $0.115 per
lineal foot and B (In Road) $0.20 per lineal foot for
crack fillina, subject to the approval of the Ministry
of Transportation and Communications.

MOVED by Councillor Spratley, seconded by Councillor
Matheson that the tenders of Oshawa Tractor Sales be
accepted for one 36 H.P. Tractor in the amount of
$4,757.22 and one 50 H.P. Tractor in the amount of
$6,860.84.
