COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held
on Monday, June 23rd 1980 at 7:10 P.M.
PRESENT:
Mayor J.E. Anderson
COUNCILLORS:
Cahill
Dickerson

ALSO PRESENT:
N.C. Marshall - Town Manager
B. Taylor - Town Clerk
The purpose of this ßpecial Meeting of Council was to consider
a request from the Glengrove Community Association to hold a
Beerfest in Glengrove Park on July 12th 1980.
Resolution 78/80
Moved by Councillor Stoner
Seconded by Councillor Cahill
That the request of the Glengrove Community Association
to hold a Beerfest in Glengrove Park on July 12th 1980,
be approved, subject to the approval of the Liquor Licence
Board of Ontario.
CARRIED
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at the hour of 7:12 P.M.
