COUNCIL MEETING
A Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Tuesday
October 14, 1980
PRESENT:

ALSO PRESENT:
N. C. Marshall - Town Nanager
B. Taylor - Town Clerk
This Special Meeting of Council was called to consider
a draft by-law to appoint Mr. Bradley Rogers as Intè'rim
Head of the Planning Department. .

BY-LAWS
Councillor Fisher, seconded by Councillor Dickerson moved
for leave to introduce By-laws of the Town of Pickering:
By-law Number 1189/80
Being a By-law to appoint an Interim Head of the Planning
Department (Mr. Bradley Rogers).

THIRD READING
Councillor Fisher, seconded by Councillor Dickerson moved
that the report of the Committee of the Whole on By-law
Numbers 1189/80 be adopted, and that the said By-law be
now read a Third Time and PASSED and that the Mayor and
Clerk sign the same, and the Seal of the Corporation be
affixed thereto.
CARRIED
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed.
