1. SUBDIVISION COMPLETION AND RELEASE

LOTS 1-110, AND BLOCKS 111 TO 145 INCLUSIVE
PLAN 40M-1232

In Legal Services Report L 70/98, it is recommended that draft by-laws to
assume Town roads in Plan 40M-1232 and Town services installed in the
development of Plan 40M-1232, and to amend By-law 2632/88 (Stop
Signs) and By-law 1416/82 (Places of Amusement) to recognize the
completion of the project comprising Plan 40M-1232, be forwarded to
Council for enactment.

(IV) OTHER BUSINESS
1. The following matters were considered prior to the regular meeting:
a) The General Manager reported on the results of the Ontario
Municipal Board hearing held today with respect to the Amberlea
Plaza.
b) The General Manager reported on the effect that numerous OMB
hearings will have on the staff throughout the autumn.

c) The General Manager distributed a memo and Notice of Hearing
with respect to the York/Durham Water Supply Project.
d) The Director of Finance updated Council on the status of
payments-in-lieu.
