SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on
Monday, September 23, 1985 at 7:30 p.m.
Pursuant to By-law 3714 (Procedural By-law), the special meeting
was called to appoint Simcoe Engineering Limited as consulting
engineers to carry out the hamlet of Claremont Private Water
Systems project.

RESOLUTIONS
Resolution #100/85
Moved by Councillor Arthurs
Seconded by Councillor Stoner
1.
That Simcoe Engineering Limited be appointed as consulting
engineers to carry out the hamlet of Claremont Private Water
Systems project;
and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute any
agreements involved with this appointment.
2.
That the Minister of the Environment be requested to provide
project management services on behalf of the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering in regards to the hamlet of Claremont
Private Water Systems project;
and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute any
agreements involved with these services.
