SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on
October 24, 1983 at 7:00 p.m.
Pursuant to By-law 3714 (Procedural By-law), this Special Meeting
was called to consider the Preliminary Report of the Durham Region
Assessment Commissioner with respect to market value assessment.

Commissioner, was present to discuss with Council his
Preliminary Report regarding market value assessment.

That the Minister of Revenue be directed to prepare a
Tax Impact Study for the Town of Pickering.
