£PECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on
Tuesday, May 24, 1983 at 7:30 P.M.
Pursuant to By-law 3714 (Procedural By-law), this Special Meeting
has been called to consider the third reading of By-law 1669/83.

Seconded by Councillor Cahill
That the Director of Public Works be directed to accept drawing
P-450-832 dated May 13, 1983 as the specifications to reconstruct
and expand the turning circle on Eastbank Road.

Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Development Agree-
ment between Chrand Construction Inc., and the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering with respect to Part Lots 37 and 38, Plan
1041 (Parts 1-4, Plan 40R-7541).

THIRD,READING
Councillor Robertson, seconded by Councillor Cahill moved that
the report of the Committee of the Whole on By-law Number 1669/83
be adopted, and that the said By-law be now read a Third Time
and PASSED and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same, and the
Seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto.
CARRIED
1Py-Iaw read a first, second and third time and finally passed.
