COUNCIL-MEETING
A Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Monday
March 29, 1982 at 4:20 P.M.
Pursuant to Section 2010.4 of The Municipal Code, this
Special Meeting of Council was called by Mayor Anderson
to enact a by-law to exempt those blocks of land on Abingdon
Court from part lot control thus permitting Eaglebrook
Corporation (Presidential Homes) to sell the units in this
development.

Councillor Cahill, seconded by Councillor Stoner moved
for leave to introduce By-laws of the Town of Pickering:
By-law-Number.1464/82
Being a By-law to exempt certain parts of Plan M-1221 from
part lot control.

THIRD.READING
Councillor Cahill, seconded by Councillor Stoner moved
that the report of the Committee of the Whole on By-law
Numbers 1464/82 be adopted, and that the said By-laws be
now read a Third Time and PASSED and that the Mayor and
Clerk sign the same, and the Seal of the Corporation be
affixed thereto.
CARRIED
By-laws read a first, second and third time and finally
passed.
