Being a by-law to repeal section 2 of,By-law
2091 insofar as it affects Part of Lot 24, Plan
329, Pickering.
Whereas on May 9, 1955, pursuant to a predecessor of subsection 50(4) of the
Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.13, as amended, the Council of The Corporation
of the Township of Pickering enacted By-law 2091, section 2 of which deems certain
lands, including Lot 24, Plan 329, Pickering, not to be a registered plan of subdivision
for the purposes of what is now subsection 50(3) of the Act
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. Section 2 of By-law 2091, enacted by the Council of The Corporation of the
Township of Pickering on May 9, 1955, is hereby repealed only insofar as it
affects the following lands:
Part of Lot 24, Plan 329, being Parts 1 to 7, Plan 40R-29047, City of Pickering.
