I A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on

Pursuant to By-law 3714 (Procedural By-law), this Special Meeting

i (I) STATUTORY PUBLIC MEETING
I 1. Councillor Stoner seconded by Councillor Mitchell moved for
leave to introduce a By-law of the Town of Pickering:
I Number 2297/86
By-law
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law
I 3036, as amended, to implement the official Plan of the Town
of Pickering District Planning Area, Region of Durham, in
Part of Lot 33, Range 3, B.F.C., in the Town of Pickering.

THIRD READING
I Councillor Mitchell, seconded by Councillor Stoner moved
that the report of the Committee of the Whole on By-law
I Number 2297/86 be adopted, and that t'he said By-law be now
read a Third Time and PASSED, and that the Mayor and Clerk
sign the same and the seal of the Corporation be affixed
i thereto.

leave to introduce a By-law of the Town of Pickering:

I Councillor Mitchell, seconded by Councillor Stoner moved
