HomeMy WebLinkAboutJune 3, 1986 (Special) 14/86 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Tuesday, June 3, 1986 at 10:41 p.m. Pursuant to By-law 3714 (Procedural By-law), this Special Meeting was called to adopt the Report Planning of the Committee dated June 3, 1986. EICKMEIER ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF TWYN RIVERS DRIVE AND WOODVIEW DRIVE FILE NUMBER - B 2310 - A 40/86 That Zoning By-law Amendment Application A 20/86 submitted by M. & N. Eickmeier, to rezone the subject lands, being Lot 1, Plan 434, Town of Pickering from "R3" - One Family Detached Dwelling - Third Density Zone to an appropriate zoning to permit the development of a day care facility within the existing residential dwelling unit, in addition to uses presently permitted, be REFUSED. 2. APPLICATION FOR REZONING AND DRAFT PLAN OF SUBDIVISION BY ANTONOVICH AND RUSSELL ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF FINCH AVENUE AND LIVERPOOL ROAD B 2310 -A 16/86 B 4100 - 18T-86016 That Draft Plan of Subdivision 18T-86016 submitted by Earnbridge Investors Inc., on lands being Part of Lot 22, Concession 1, be APPROVED to permit the development of 29 lots for detached residential dwelling units and 50 lots for 100 semi-detached residential dwelling units subject to the following conditions: 1. Changes as shown on the plan stamped approved this date. 2. That the owner make satisfactory arrangements with the Town regarding the required parkland dedica- tion. 3. That the owner enter into a subdivision agreement with and to the satisfaction of the Town. 4. That the owner make satisfactory arrangements with the Town and Region regarding: a) the provision of all services; b) the allocation of sewage treatment capacity and water capacity for the development. 5. APPLICATION FOR REZONING AND DRAFT PLAN OF SUBDIVISION BY ANTONOVICH AND RUSSELL ON THE OF FINCH AVENUE SOUTHEAST CORNER AND LIVERPOOL ROAD B 2310 -A 16/86 B 4100- 18T-86016 That Zoning By-law Amendment Application A 16/86 submitted by Earnbridge Investors Inc., on lands being Part of Lot 22, Concession 1 be APPROVED IN PRINCIPLE AS REVISED to implement development as proposed by revised Draft Plan of Subdivision 18T-86016 subject to the implementing zoning by-law require condition that the that any semi-detached dwelling unit constructed on a 15.2 metre frontage lot as identified on the Staff Recommended Plan be attached above grade. DRAFT PLAN OF SUBDIVISION BY M. SPINOZA AND R. STINZIANI ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF ROSEBANK ROAD AND MAITLAND DRIVE FILE NUMBER -B .4100 - 18T-86015 That Draft Plan of Subdivision 18T-86015 submitted by M. Spinoza and R. Stinziani on lands being Lots 75 and 88, Plan 350, be APPROVED to permit the development of 9 lots (minimum frontages of 15 metres) for detached dwellings (Lots 1 and 9 to detached support existing dwellings) subject to the following conditions: 1. That this approval apply to the plan prepared by Anton Kikas Ltd., dated February 1986 and stamped approved this date. That the owner make satisfactory arrangements with the Town regarding the removal, demolition and/or retention of all structures on the subject property. 12. That the owner satisfy the Town with respect to the construction of that part of Maitland Drive required within Block 5, 40M-1233. I 5. AMENDMENT TO MINISTER'S ZONING ORDER BY S. TEDESCO ON THE EAST SIDE OF SALEM ROAD, NORTH OF I CONCESSION 7 ROAD - FILE NUMBER -B 2310 - 18-Z0-0298603(1). That the Ministry of Municipal Affairs be advised that the Town of Picketing object to the approval of Minister's Zoning Order Amendment Application 18-Z0-0298603(1) submitted by S. Tedesco to permit the construction of a two-storey detached residential dwelling unit (approximately 81.90 square metres, (9.1 m x 4.5 m)), and to permit the continuance of an existing structure set back 7.6 metres from the north lot line, on the subject lands, being Part of Lot 6, Concession 7, Town of Pickering, having a lot frontage of 152.4 metres I and lot area of 6.07 hectares.
