SPECIAL COUNCIL
A Special Meeting of the Picketing Town Council was held on
May 12, 1986 at 7:30 p.m.
Monday,
Pursuant to By-law 3714 (Procedural By-law), this Special Meeting
was called to consider a part lot control by-law.

( I ) BY-LAW
Councillor Arthurs, seconded by Councillor Stoner moved for leave
to introduce a By-law of the Town of Pickering:
~.y-law Number 2222/86
Being a By-law to exempt Lots 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82,
83, 84, 85 and 86, Plan 40M-1380, Pickering from part lot control.
THIRD READING
Councillor Arthurs, seconded by Councillor Stoner moved that the
report of the Committee of the Whole on By-law Number 2222/86 be
adopted, and that the said By-law be now read a Third Time and
PASSED, and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and the seal of
the Corporation be affixed thereto.
