SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Monday,
September 12, 1988.
Pursuant to By-law 3714 (Procedural By-law), this Special Meeting was
called to pass Zoning By-law 2865/88 (A 41/88).

(I) BY-LAWS
Councillor Mitchell, seconded by Councillor Robertson, moved for
leave to introduce a by-law of the Town of Pickering:
By-law Number 2865/88
Being a by-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 2511, as
amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering
District Planning Area, Region of Durham in Part of Lot 28, Range 3,
Broken Front Concession (Part l, Plan 40R-2401), in the Town of
Pickering, (A 41/88).

seconded Councillor Robertson moved that the

by
report of the Comnittee of the Whole on By-law Number 2865/88 be
adopted, and that the said By-law be now read a Third Time and
PASSED, and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and the seal of
the Corporation be affixed thereto.
