SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Tuesday,
January 19, 1988 at 8:20 p.m.

Pursuant to By-law 3714 (Procedural By-law), this Special Meeting was
called to consider the Zoning By-laws pertaining to the Highway No. 2
West Corridor Study.

Councillor Mitchell, seconded by Councillor Coburn, moved for leave
to introduce by-laws of the Town of Pickering:
By-law Number 2457/87
Being a by-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as
amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering
District Planning Area, Region of Durham, in Part of Lot 31, Range 3,
Broken Front Concession in the Town of Pickering. (A 9/87)
By-law Number 2497/87
Being a by-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as
amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering
District Planning Area, Region of Durham, in Part of Lots 31 and 32,
Range 3, Broken Front Concession in the Town of Pickering. (A 17/87)
By-law Number 2622/87
Being a by-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as
amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering
District Planning Area, Region of Durham, in Part of Lot 32, Range 3,

THIRD READING
Councillor Coburn, seconded by Councillor Mitchell moved that the
report of the Comittee of the Whole on ~-law Numbers 2457/87,
2497/87, 2622/88 and 2658/88 be adopted, and that the said ~-laws be
now read a Third Time and PASSED, and that the Mayor and Clerk sign
the same and the seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto.
