Anderson COUNCILLORS: W. Arthurs M. Brenner S. Coburn B. Mitchell B. Morgan A. Robertson ALSO PRESENT: N.C. Marshall - Town Manager K. McKay - Deputy Clerk T. Magi - Director of Planning N. Carroll - Manager - Current Operations Division T. Melymuk - Manager - Policy and Information Division Pursuant to By-law 3714 (Procedural By-law), this Special Meeting was called to consider the Zoning By-laws pertaining to the Highway No. 2 West Corridor Study. (I) BY-LAWS Councillor Mitchell, seconded by Councillor Coburn, moved for leave to introduce by-laws of the Town of Pickering: By-law Number 2457/87 Being a by-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering District Planning Area, Region of Durham, in Part of Lot 31, Range 3, Broken Front Concession in the Town of Pickering. (A 9/87) By-law Number 2497/87 Being a by-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering District Planning Area, Region of Durham, in Part of Lots 31 and 32, Range 3, Broken Front Concession in the Town of Pickering. (A 17/87) By-law Number 2622/87 Being a by-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering District Planning Area, Region of Durham, in Part of Lot 32, Range 3, Broken Front Concession in the Town of Pickering. Stroud be deleted from the provisions of By-law 2622/87 and that By-law 2657/88 be tabled. (A 9/87) Resolution #21/88 Moved by Councillor Brenner Seconded by Councillor Arthurs DELETE SELF-SERVE CAR WASH FROM BY-LAW 2655/88 (A 9/87) FILE NUMBER - B 2310 - A 9/87 That By-law 2655/88 (A 9/87) be amended to delete self-serve car wash as a permitted use. CARRIED By-law Number 2656/88 - Two Readings Only Being a Zoning by-law to amend By-law 2497/87, which amended Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering District Planning Area in Part of Lots 31 and 32, Range 3, Broken Front Concession in the Town of Pickering.(A 17/87) By-law Number 2657/88 - Two Readings Only Being a Zoning by-law to amend By-law 2622/87, which amended Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering District Planning Area in Part of Lot 32, Range 3, Broken Front Concession in the Town of Pickering.(A 30/87) By-law Number 2658/88 Being a by-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering District Planning Area, Region of Durham, in Part of Lot 32, Range 3, Broken Front Concession in the Town of Pickering. (A 79/87) THIRD READING Councillor Coburn, seconded by Councillor Mitchell moved that the report of the Comittee of the Whole on ~-law Numbers 2457/87, 2497/87, 2622/88 and 2658/88 be adopted, and that the said ~-laws be now read a Third Time and PASSED, and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and the seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto.
