telephone poll on Tuesday, May 2,1989.
Pursuant to By-law 3714 (Procedural By-law), a telephone poll of all
Members of Council was undertaken on May 2, 1989 to consider a
resolution to rescind Resolution #75/89.

That Resolution #75/89 which reads as follows:
That an environmental lawyer and a consultant be retained to
represent the Town of Pickering at the Regional Council meeting of
May 17,1989 with respect to landfill sites;
and that Mr. T. Lederer of the firm of Osler, Hoskin, Harcourt be
terminated.
