SPECIAL COUNCIL MINUTES
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Monday November 22, 1993 at

That the decisions of the Committee of Adjustment at its meeting of November 3, 1993 and Land
Division Committee at its meeting of October 25, 1993, be received; and
that PICA application #89/93 regarding Craig Willoughby Holdings be appealed to the Ontario
Municipal Board.

Councillor Brenner, seconded by Councillor Wellman moved for leave to introduce the following
by-laws of the Town of Pickering
By-law Number 4357/93
Being a by-law to appoint C.M. Timothy Sheffield as Town Manager and Thomas 1. Quinn as
Executive Director, Operations, effective December 1, 1993.
By-law Number 4358/93
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Development Agreement between Danlu Holdings
Limited, Perdanco Holdings Ltd., and Inperdel Holdings Limited and The Corporation of the
Town of Pickering respecting the development of parts of Plan 40M-1507. Pickering for a
quattroplex residential dwellings (LD48-53/93).

Councillor Brenner, seconded by Councillor Wellman moved that the report of the Committee of
the Whole on By-law Numbers 4357/93 and 43585/93 be adopted and the said by-laws be now
read a third time and PASSED and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and the seal of the
Corporation be affixed thereto.
