SPECIAL COUNCIL MINUTES
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Tuesday October 12, 1993
at 8:16 p.m.

The purpose of this Special Meeting of Council was to consider a by-law to provide for
the temporary closing of Sheppard Avenue between Rosebank Road and Old Forest Road.

BY-LAWS
Councillor Johnson seconded by Councillor Brenner moved for leave to introduce the
following by-law of the Town of Pickering:
By-law Number 4326/93
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1526/82 temporary closing roads for construction
purposes (Sheppard Avenue).
CARRIED
Councillor Johnson, seconded by Councillor Brenner, moved that By-law Number
4326/93, be adopted and the said by-law be now read a third time and PASSED and that
the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and the seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto.
