A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town
Tuesday, May 25,1993 at 8:05 p.m.

This Special council Meeting was- called by Mayor Arthurs
pursuant to Section 3 of By-law 3665/91 (Procedural By-law) to
consider a by-law to authorize the execution of a Development
Agreement with the Durham Separate School Board in order to
permit the severance and construction of a school on the east
side of Brock Road, south of Concession 3 Road.

DELEGA'l'IONS
1.
Roger Martin representing G.M. Sernas & Associates
Limited was available to answer any questions
concerning the Development Agreement with the Durham
Separate School Board respecting the severance of land
in Part of Lot l8, Concession 2.
2.
Laurie E. Gordon, representing Arvida Development,
owners of the property in question was available to
answer any questions. She stated that she was unaware
of dumping on the property as they have just recently
purchased it.

Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Development
Agreement and related documentation respecting the development
of Part Lot 18, Concession 2, Pickering (Drektor Realty Corp. -
18T-87079 (part); Durham Region Roman Catholic Separate School
Board - LD 92/92).
