SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Monday, November 23,
1998 at 7:50 p.m.

Moved by Councillor Dickerson
Seconded by Councillor Brenner
1.
That the request ofD. Bennett, on behalf of the Estate of£. G. Allman, to permit
a minor expansion to the Hamlet of Claremont by permitting Land Severance
Applications 224/98, 225/98, 226/98 and 254/98, on lands being Part of Lot 18,
Concession 9, Town of Pickering BE APPROVED in accordance with Section
2.32, 14.2(h) and 15.7 of the Pickering Official Plan.
2.
That Council direct staff to initiate, at a future date, an appropriate housekeeping
amendment to Schedule I and Schedule IV -10 to the Pickering Official Plan to
reflect the minor expansion permitted by Recommendation 1. of Planning Report
No. 18-98 on the Allman lands, being Part of Lot 18, Concession 9, Town of
Pickering.
