SPECIAL COUNCIL MINUTES
A Special Meeteing of the Pickering Town Council was held on Friday, April 22, 1994 at 5:00
p.m.

Moved by Councillor Van Kempen
Seconded by Councillor Brenner
That pursuant to Section 58 of the Municipal Act, this Special Meeting of Council shall be held In
Camera in order to consider Bylaw 4415194, to amend By-law 4414/94, authorizing the
acquisition of Part Lot 18, Concession 8, Pickering for parkland purposes.

BY-LAWS
Moved by Councillor Johnson
Seconded by Counciller Brenner
That By-law Number 4415194, being a by-law to amend By-law 4414/94, authorizing the
acquisition of Part Lot 18, Concession 8, Pickering [Lot 22, Plan 43, Pickering(Claremont)] for
parkland purposes (Claremont Community Park), be read a first, second and third time and finally
PASSED and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and the seal of the Corporation be affixed
thereto.
