SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Monday, October 2, 1995
at 6:30 p.m.

Resolution #204/95
Moved by Councillor Pistritto
Seconded by Councillor Ryan
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, R. S.O. 1990, c M.45, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting closed to the public for the purpose of considering two property items.

That By-law 4679/95 to authorize the purchase of lands being Lots 21, 26, 27, 28 and 29,
Plan 43 (Claremont), and to authorize the execution of a Lease Agreement regarding lots
26 and 27, Plan 43 (Claremont) to Automatic Pinsetter Service Incorporated be read three
times and passed.

That an offer be made to James McKean and Price Waterhouse Limited, Trustee in
Bankruptcy of the Estate of Keen Kraft marina Company Limited operating as Port
Pickering Marina for an initial payment of $825,000 with subsequent payments for five
years, interest free, totalling $475,000 for the purchase of Water Lots 1,2,4,5,6,7 and Part
of Water Lot 3, Plan 65.
