M RESOLUTIONS
Resolution #156/95
Moved by Councillor Johnson
Seconded by Councillor Brenner
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c M.45, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting closed to the public for the purpose of considering a property item affecting the
municipality.

That the Town Manager be authorized to make an offer to James McKean and Keen Kraft
• Marina Co. Ltd. for an initial payment of $825,000 with subsequent payments of $60,000
every year for five years, interest free, for the purchase of Water Lots 1,2,4,5,6,7 and Part
of Water Lot 3, Plan 65.
