SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Wednesday, July 26, 1995
at 5:00 p..m.

This Special Meeting of Council was called pursuant to Section 3 of By-law 3665/91
(Procedural By-law) to consider Region Tender D95-19 for intersection improvements at
Brock Road and Whitevale Road.
(I) RESOLUTIONS
Resolution #155/95
Moved by Councillor Pistritto
Seconded by Councillor Farr
That the Regional Municipality of Durham be advised that the Town of Pickering
approves of Durham Region Contract No. D95-19 submitted by Elirpa Construction
Limited in the amount of $351,933.76 for intersection improvements at Brock Road and
Whitevale Road; and
That and over-expenditure in the amount of $25,900 be authorized for Account 2320-
6181 to provide for this project.
