SPECIAL COUNCIL MINUTES
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Thursday, June 8, 1995 at 5:30 p.m.

Pursuant to Section 3 of By-law 3665/91 (Procedural By-law), this Special Meeting was called by
Mayor Arthurs to consider By-law 4619/95 to close Liverpool Road for recreational purposes.
(1) BY-LAW
That Councillor Pistritto seconded by Councillor Senis took leave to introduce a by-law of the
Town of Pickering:
• By-law Number 4619/95
Being a by-law to amend By-law 3261/89 temporarily closing roads for recreational purposes
(Liverpool Road).

THIRD READING:
Councillor Pistritto, seconded by Councillor Senis moved that the report of the Committee of the
Whole on By-law Number 4619/95 be adopted and the said by-laws be now read a third time and
PASSED and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and the seal of the Corporation be affixed
thereto.

(II) CONFIRMATION BY-LAW
By-law Number 4620/95
Councillor Pistritto seconded by Councillor Senis moved for leave to introduce a By-law of the
Town of Pickering to confirm those proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering at its meetings held on the 8th day of June, 1995 and that the same be now finally
passed and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and that the Seal of the Corporation be
thereto affixed.

The Meeting adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
