SPECIAL COUNCIL MINUTES
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Monday, June 5, 1995 at 9:30 p.m.

(1) RESOLUTIONS
Resolution #99/95
Moved by Councillor Johnson
Seconded by Councillor Brenner
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.45, as amended, the
Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a meeting closed
to the public for the purpose of considering personnel matters about an identifiable individual
being a municipal employee.

That the Privileged and Confidential Report M15/95 from the Town Manager/Town Solicitor be
received; and
that the Town Manager be authorized to advise George Papik, Director of Transportation, that
the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering considers that he has abandoned his
employment with the Town of Pickering in that capacity.
