SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Monday, May 12, 1997 at

That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c M.45, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting to consider a matter of litigation.

That the payment of the Town's Consultant's invoice respecting fees and disbursements
incurred for services rendered in connection with the Brock North site remediation project
which is related to the Brock West Landfill Settlement matter be approved as set out in
Legal Services Report L 74/97.
