Seconded by Councillor Pistritto
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c M.45, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting to consider a personnel matter.

That the Memorandum of Settlement between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and the Pickering Professional Firefighters' Association dated March 21, 1997 be
accepted.
