Seconded by Councillor Holland
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c MAS, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting to consider a matter of litigation.

That Confidential Legal Services Report L 9/98 respecting a Settlement Proposal
regarding Pickering ats Fulco Automotive Limited be received; and
That the firm of Walker, Head, Barristers and Solicitors, be authorized to accept the
settlement proposal of Fulco Automotive Limited as detailed in their letter of January 22,
1998.
