Resolution #16/98
Moved by Councillor Dickerson
Seconded by Councillor Brenner
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c MA5, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting to consider property matters.

The General Manager reported that he has had preliminary meetings with representatives
ofHicksIMorley with respect to negotiations with the Firefighters and CUPE.
