AUTHORITY TO MEET IN CAMERA

Seconded by Councillor Holland
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c M.45, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting to consider a personnel matter.

That the recommendation Report HR 02-99 regarding Benefits Consulting - Request for
Proposal be approved.
