That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c MA5, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting to consider personnel matter and Jand sale.

That Legal Report L 33/99 concerning RobinsonlLee, Licence to Occupy a Walkway,
lands known as Part Lot 27, Plan 1051, be received; and
That the by-law to authorize the execution of renewal Licence Agreements between the
Town, Bruce Alfted Robinson and James Lee for a two year period be read three times
and enacted.

That CAO Report #08-99 regarding Legal Services, Request for Proposal for Outside
Legal Counsel be approved; and
That the by-law to authorize the execution of any contracts or agreements with the law
firm of Reble, Ritchie, Green and Ketcheson to carry out general legal services for the
Town be read three times and enacted.
