A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Monday, June 28, 1999 at

A UTHORITY TO MEET IN CAMERA

That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c MAS, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting to consider a land transaction.

Petro Canada for the use of the Papp's Building.

That the Town of Pickering enter into a Licence Agreement with Petro Canada to utilize
the Papp's Building.
CARRIED
Mayor Arthurs advised that certain Human Resource matters are being dealt with by the
Chief Administrative Officer.
The Town Clerk distributed copies of a map, as per the request of Mr. 1. Pitino, showing
top-of-bank of 541 Rodd Avenue.
