AUTHORITY TO MEET IN CAMERA

Seconded by Councillor Johnson
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c MA5, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting to consider a matter of proposed litigation.

The City Solicitor gave an overview of her memo dated April 7, 2000 regarding the
Atomic Energy Control Board.

That the memorandum of the City Solicitor dated April 7, 2000 regarding the Atomic
Energy Control Board be considered as a public document.

The City Solicitor gave Members of Council an overview of the pre-hearing conference
held today by the Ontario Municipal Board regarding the Map Realty property.
