SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering City Council was held on Tuesday, April 25, 2000 at

the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting to consider a matter under the Freedom ofInformation Act.

That Report to Council CAD 09-00, providing a status update on the Ajax-Pickering
transit amalgamation, and requesting Council appointments to an Interim Transit Board,
be received for information; and
That Mayor Arthurs and Councillors Maurice Brenner and David Pickles are hereby
appointed to the Interim Transit Board; and
That a copy of this Report be forwarded to the Town of Ajax.
