A Special Meeting of the Pickering City Council was held on Monday, November 20,
2000 at 7:05 p.m.

AUTHORITY TO MEET IN CAMERA
Resolution #153/00
Moved by Councillor Pickles
Seconded by Councillor Holland
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c MA5, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting to consider a personnel matter.

That the Confidential Memorandum of the Division Head, Human Resources and
Supervisor, Human Resources Services dated November 9, 2000 be received; and
--
1.
That the recommendation respecting the Chief Administrative Officer be adopted.
2.
That the recommendation respecting the three Directors be adopted retroactive to
July 1, 2000.

with a compensation report setting out salary and benefit comparisons with the other
