AUTHORITY TO MEET IN CAMERA
Resolution #61/01
Moved by Councillor Johnson
Seconded by Councillor Holland
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c MA5, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting to consider a potential litigation and a land transaction matter.

That the Confidential Clerk's Report CL 20-01 regarding the Licensing and Regulating of
Adult Videotape Stores be received for information; and

That this matter proceed to Court on May 9th to be spoken to as noted in the Confidential
Clerk's Report CL 20-01.

That Confidential Report L 07/01 of the Solicitor for the City regarding the disposal of
the former Rouge Hill Library site at 1340 Rougemount Drive be received; and
That staff be authorized to:
1. Dispose of the property on an "as is" basis; and
2. Dispose of the lands by way of Public Tender.
