That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c MA5, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting to consider a personnel matter.

That the recommendations as outlined in Human Resources Report HR 04-01, concerning
the Canadian Union of Public Employees Collective Agreement, be approved.

1. That Council authorize the Solicitor for the City to initiate the process of declaring
the following properties surplus to municipal requirements, which properties are
described in more detail in Attachments l(a) to 1(f) to Report to Council CAO 06-01:
(a) Property No. 185 - North side of Hoover Drive
(b) Property No. 199 - 371 Rosebank Road
(c) Property No. 251 - East side Alliance Road
(d) Property No. 266 - East side Reytan Blvd.
(e) Pleasant Street Road Allowance - North side Commerce Street
2. That Council authorize the Solicitor for the City to initiate the process to stop-up and
close the Pleasant Street Road Allowance.
