Greentree - Supervisor, Legislative Services lD AUTHORITY TO MEET IN CAMERA Resolution #89/01 Moved by Councillor Ryan Seconded by Councillor Pickles That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c MA5, as amended, the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a meeting to consider a personnel matter and a land matter. CARRIED Resolution #90/01 .... Moved by Mayor Arthurs Seconded by Councillor Johnson That the recommendation set out in the Confidential Memorandum of the Chief Administrative Officer dated July 17, 2001, regarding the compensation package for non- union employees be approved. That the following tender submission for the purchase of Rouge Hill Library Branch be accepted: Winster Investments Limited - $365,000.00 CARRIED Resolution #92/01 Moved by Mayor Arthurs Seconded by Councillor Johnson That staff be authorized to finalize the reciprocal support agreement with Ontario Power Generation based on the principles of the draft letter of understanding dated June 25, 2001. CARRIED Council considered the following motion in conjunction with the above resolution: .... Resolution #92/0Ha) Moved by Councillor Brenner Seconded by Councillor Ryan That staff be authorized to secure an additional $300,000 from Ontario Power Generation, in 2004, to be used for the waterfront trail.
