That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c MA5, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting to consider a personnel matter and a land matter.

That staff be authorized to finalize the reciprocal support agreement with Ontario Power
Generation based on the principles of the draft letter of understanding dated June 25,
2001.
