Resolution #145/01
Moved by Councillor Brenner
Seconded by Councillor Ryan
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c M.45, as amended, the Council of
the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a closed meeting to consider a matter
involving litigation.
CARRIED
Members of Council again discussed the Report of the Solicitor for the City entitled "Matters Relating to
Rick Johnson and the Uxbridge/Pickering Townline and Sideline 8". The Solicitor was directed to
provide Members of Council with advice of matters related to this Report.
