Resolution #147/01
Moved by Councillor Ryan
Seconded by Councillor McLean
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c MAS, as amended, the Council of
the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a closed meeting to consider a land
matter.

1. That Legal Report L24-0 1, concerning Sale of Surplus Lands by Public Tender, 371 Rosebank Road,
be received; and
2. That staff be authorized to dispose of 371 Rosebank Road, in accordance with the "Private Sale"
process and determine a sale price for the property.
