Moved by Councillor McLean
Seconded by Councillor Ryan
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c MAS, as amended, the Council of
the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a closed meeting to consider a
personnel matter.
CARRIED
A Confidential Memorandum of the Chief Administrative Officer dated November 23, 2001 concerning
Security Access Cards was considered.
The following resolution was considered in conjunction with the above confidential memorandum:

That Committee of Adjustment members be given access cards and be instructed to use these cards
exclusively for Committee of Adjustment meetings.
