Resolution #165/01

That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c MA5, as amended, the Council of
the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a closed meeting to consider a
Memorandum of Understanding.

That Council provide direction to the Chief Administrative Officer to continue discussions concerning
Report to Council CAO 11-01, and that the Chief Administrative Officer report back to Council within
sixty (60) days.
