RESOLUTIONS
Resolution #06/02
Moved by Councillor Ryan
Seconded by Councillor McLean
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c MAS, as amended, the Council of
the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a closed meeting to discuss a
Committee nomination.
CARRIED
The Chief Administrative Officer advised Council of further reorganization being pursued in various
departments.

That Clerks Report CL 02-02 regarding the membership selection for the Pickering Advisory Committee
be deferred to a Special Council Meeting of January 28,2002.
