That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O, 1990, c MAS, as amended, the Council of
the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a closed meeting to discuss a
personnel matter and a land matter.

That Legal Services Report L 06-02 regarding the sale of surplus lands by private sale of 3 71 Rosebank
Road be received; and

That the Council of the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby authorizes the acceptance of the
Offer to Purchase of 371 Rosebank Road submitted by Highbush Masonry for a purchase price of
$87,000.00.

of Highway #7 be received; and

That option #3 set out in the memorandum of the Division Head, Municipal Property & Engineering
dated February 15, 2002 be approved subject to the conditions set out in the memorandum of the
Director, Operations & Emergency Services dated February 19, 2002.
