Resolution #65/02
Moved by Councillor Holland
Seconded by Councillor Ryan
That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c MAS, as amended, the Council of
the Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a closed meeting to discuss a
financial matter.

That the request of the Pickering Museum Village Foundation to waive the rental fee of the East and
West Salons at the Recreation Complex on Friday, June 14, 2002 in support of a fundraising concert to
raise funds for the Brougham Central Hotel Project be received; and
-
That a grant in the amount of $848.32 be made to the Pickering Museum Village Foundation to offset
the said rental fees of the East and West Salons at the Recreation Complex on June 14,2002; and
That this amount be charged to Account 2195 (Grants to Organizations & Individuals).
