Kearns - Manager, Current Operations - Committee Coordinator The Manager, Current Operations, provided an overview of the requirements of the Planning Act and the Ontario Municipal Board respecting this meeting and matters under consideration there at. (I) 1. 2. 3. (II) 1. 2. (III) ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT APPLICATION A 20/01 REQUEST FOR COUNCIL AUTHORIZATION TO DEVELOP LANDS BY LAND SEVERANCE NORV ALLEY HOMES LTD. PART OF LOT 5, PLAN 282 1827 PINE GROVE AVENUE (REAR PORTION) (ROCKWOOD DRIVE. NORTH OF PROHILL STREET) Lynda Taylor, Manager, Current Operations, on behalf of Steve Gaunt, Planner II, provided an explanation of the application, as outlined in Information Report #01-02. Jim Morrison, WoodviewlPinegrove Assoc., stated their concern with respect to the existing traffic problem on Woodview Ave. and questioned the eventual extension to Pine Grove Ave. The applicant advised that there will not be a connection to streets east or west. ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT APPLICATION A 28/01 CO U GS (V ALLEYF ARM) LIMITED PART OF LOT 20, CONCESSION 1 (SOUTH-EAST CORNER OF KINGSTON ROAD AND VALLEY FARM ROAD) Lynda Taylor, Manager, Current Operations, on behalf of Tyler Barnett, Planner II, provided an explanation of the application, as outlined in Information Report #02-02. Frank Gillanders, 1890 Valley Farm Road, questioned if allowing this amendment is establishing a precedent for other developers. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 7: 19 p. m.
