The next phase of the hearing is scheduled to commence on May 27. At this hearing, various matters related to the development of Seaton will be considered, including transportation, storm water management and fiscal impact. At the meeting, Council also gave direction to staff to continue to work with the Seaton Landowners on a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)to ensure the development of Seaton does not create a financial burden on the City. The MOU will be brought forward for Council's consideration at a later date. Refer to report CAO 03-13 for more details.
