A Statutory Public Information Meeting was held on Thursday, December 16 1999 at
7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
PRESENT:
Councillor D. Ryan, Chair
ALSO PRESENT:
L. Taylor - Manager, Current Operations Division
C. Rose -Manager, Policy Division
The Manager, Current Operations Division, provided an overview of the requirements of
the Planning Act and the Ontario Municipal Board respecting this meeting and matters
under consideration thereat.
(I) ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT APPLICATION A 33/99
DALAR PROPERTIES LIMITED
SOUTH PART OF LOT 18, CONCESSION 1
(EAST SIDE OF BROCK ROAD,NORTH OF BAYLY ST.)
1. Lynda Taylor, Manager, Current Operations Division,provided an explanation of
the application, as outlined in Information Report#33-99.
2. The applicant was in attendance but did not make comment.

(II) ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT APPLICATION A 31/99
1755 PICKERING PARKWAY INC.
PART OF LOTS 17 & 18, CONCESSION 1
(PICKERING HOME & LEISURE CENTRE)
1. C. Rose, Manager, Policy Division, provided an explanation of the application, as
outlined in Information Report#31-99.
2. Glen Browll, of Glen Schnarr & Associates, was present representing the land
owner. He stated he had nothing to add to the outline or the application. He
advised he was aware of the issue of conformity with the Official Plan and will
work with staff.
(V) ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
