A Statutory Public Information Meeting was.held on Thursday, March 19, 1998 at 7:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers.
PRESENT:
Councillor D. Pickles - Chair
ALSO PRESENT:
L. Taylor -Manager, Current Operations Division .
The Manager, Current Operations Division, provided an overview of the requirements of
the Planning Act and the Ontario Municipal Board respecting this meeting and matters
under consideration thereat.
(I) ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT APPLICATION A 1/98
UNITED CHURCH OF CANADA
SOUTH PART OF LOT 31, CONCESSION 3, AND
NORTH PART OF LOT 31, CONCESSION 2
(CHERRYWOOD UNITED CHURCH AND CHURCH HALL
1. Lynda Taylor, Manager, Current Operations, provided an explanation of the
application, as outlined in Information Report#10/98.
2. Donald Harvey, representing the applicant, stated that he has received the approval
of the Health Unit and noted that there is a timing concern with this application.
3. Lynda Taylor, Manager, Current Operations, responded that she will review the
agenda schedule for Council and Committee Meetings and attempt to finalize this
matter in a timely fashion.

The meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
