Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lots 111 and 112, Plan 350, designated as Part 5, 40R-28293 and that part of Block 27, Plan 40M-2470, designated as Part 6, 40R-28293, and wishes to establish them as public highway. Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as follows: 1. That part of Lots 111 and 112, Plan 350, designated as Part 5, 40R-28293 and that part of Block 27, Plan 40M-2470, designated as Part 6, 40R-28293 are hereby established as public highway (Pike Court)..
